Peak season:
From 100€ for two persons per night, each additional person 20 €â€‹
Off -season:
From 90€ for two persons per night, each additional person 20€

The prices are for a minimum stay of 3 nights in the accommodation.

The price includes: bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, satellite TV, electricity and heating, WiFi and final cleaning.
On request, we can also provide you with a bedside-sleeper and a high chair at a cost of 5 euro per day.
The local tax of 2,50 euro per person/day (over 14 years) is not included in the price.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the flats are ready from 3 p.m. on.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the flats until 10 a.m.
Pets:
Domestic animals are not allowed into the flats.
Payment / cancellation

Payment is in cash. Please note that in Italy amounts over 2,999.99 euros may not be paid in cash.

In order to fix your booking, we take the liberty of requesting a deposit (ita. "Caparra confirmatoria") according to Art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code in the amount of 30-50% of the total amount.

If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before your planned arrival, we can no longer refund the deposit you have made.

Arrival and Communications
The bus stop for the city bus to Sterzing is just a few minutes' walk away. It is also possible to use the bus at the bus stop in Stange, which is a 15-minute walk from the accommodation and takes you to Ridanna, Racines or Sterzing.
